Karen Rounsaville, RHIA:
 Karen, Owner of MedSouth Management, has been Registered Health Information
Administrator since 1981, after graduating from the School of Health
Related Professions at the University of Mississippi Medical Center
in Jackson, Mississippi. After 5 years of working in the management
of health information departments and administration of various hospitals,
she moved into the medical record correspondence outsourcing
industry. Having worked as an Area Manager, District Manager and
Vice President of Operations for two other copy service companies,
she started her own company of MEDSOUTH MANAGEMENT, Inc. in 1999.
She identified a need within the healthcare industry for a company
with a “true” focus on quality of service through quality employees
and quality training; a need for a company that will go the extra
mile to meet the needs of the medical facilities that they work
with; a need for a company that treats it’s customers as important
people and not just a number among many.
With almost 20 years of healthcare and release
of information outsourcing experience, Karen brings a wealth of
knowledge to the table for all customers who utilize MEDSOUTH MANAGEMENT, Inc.’s medical record copy service.

Candi Kyzar
 Candi
is the Operations Manager in charge of quality and training for MEDSOUTH MANAGEMENT, Inc. Candi graduated from Delta State
University in Cleveland, Mississippi with a Bachelor of Science in
Education degree. She was a chemistry and mathematics instructor
for 15 years in public schools in Mississippi and Alabama. In
addition, Candi was a workforce project assistant at Pearl River
Community College where she developed and taught curriculum to meet
the training needs of businesses located in a six county area.
While at Pearl River, she obtained certification as a Zig Ziglar
trainer, an internationally recognized leadership certification.
Candi’s focus is providing effective training and management of
employees in order to ensure quality of service.

Denise Wood
 Denise is the Office Manager of the corporate office of MEDSOUTH MANAGEMENT, Inc. in Ellisville, Mississippi. Being a former
business owner and operator for 10 years, she brings her experience
in the customer service side of the industry to MedSouth. A life
long native of Jones County, Denise has her finger on the pulse of
the community and she uses her warm personality and business savvy
to serve all MedSouth customers and employees in the most efficient
manner possible. Her service is vital to the goals of quality
service set by MEDSOUTH MANAGEMENT, Inc.
